Австралийская комиссия по ценным бумагам и инвестициям (федеральный орган, осуществляющий надзор за соблюдением законодательства о деятельности акционерных компаний, торговле ценными бумагами и оказании финансовых услуг; сформирована в 1998 г. на базе Австралийской комиссии по ценным бумагам в результате расширения функций комиссии и распространения ее деятельности помимо надзора за торговлей ценными бумагами на депозитную и страховую деятельность; с 2001 г. также осуществляет надзор за кредитной деятельностью)
